Chengdu Newman Hueray Microwave Technology Co., Ltd. [referred to as "Newman Hueray"] is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Wattsine Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.     In 2003, Chengdu Newman-Hueray Microwave Technology Co., Ltd. was established, mainly engaged in the research and development of microwave energy in the industrial field of application.
  • Successful development of full-power 30KW/915MHz microwave source
    In 2006, our company successfully developed full-power 30KW/915MHz microwave source, running well, unanimously won the praise of customers, on this basis, the company increased investment to accelerate the development of 75KW/915MHz microwave source, which will create good conditions for the development of China's microwave energy in the industry and the industrialisation of high-tech.
  • Successful development of microwave atmospheric plasma torch system
    In 2007, our company successfully developed microwave atmospheric plasma torch system, which has been successfully applied in the University of Electronic Science and Technology, and at the same time exported to South Korea, and won the praise of Korean customers.
  • The first 10kW/2450MHz large-area, MPCVD device in China
    In 2013, we developed the first 10kW/2450MHz large-area, MPCVD device in China for the School of Materials of Southwest University of Science and Technology. The system is equivalent to the second generation of foreign AX-6500, 8kW/2450MHz device level, and has its own technical characteristics, has applied for a national patent, and has passed the provincial Science and Technology Department of Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal.
  • Development of 75kW/915MHz microwave plasma (MPCVD) diamond thick film system
    In 2014, it undertook the research and development of 75kW/915MHz microwave plasma (MPCVD) diamond thick film system of the Chinese Academy of Physics (Mianyang Jiuyuan), which is equivalent to the third generation of foreign countries. In 2015, it successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the system and the preliminary acceptance by the users, and the system was in good operating condition, and the performance basically reached the design indexes, and it has already begun to carry out experiments on the fabrication process of the optical-grade high-quality diamond thick film sheet of MPCVD.
  • MPCVD equipment enters the industrialised marke
    6kW/2450MHz and 15kW/2450MHZ MPCVD equipment has begun to enter the industrialised market for the production of monocrystalline diamond thick film sheet. 2015~2019 we have provided nearly 100 sets of MPCVD equipment for the growth and preparation of monocrystalline and polycrystalline diamond materials. As far as diamond products are concerned, the current specifications have been made to 5~10mm x 5~10mm x 2~4mm thick, and the capacity of a single unit of equipment is more than 10~15 wafers at one time.
  • High Power Large Area Microwave Plasma CVD System Launched
    We developed 75KW/915MHz microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition (MPCVD) system for Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. At the end of 2020, we merged into Chengdu Wattsine Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and co-developed with Wattsine microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition equipments based on solid-state microwave source.
  • Solid-state microwave source-based MPCVD system in volume production
    In January 2021, the 3,000 sqm. production and manufacturing centre in Shuangliu Perception IOT Park was officially opened. The fourth generation MPCVD system based on solid-state microwave source - HMPS-2060SP was sold in volume output, and the fifth generation MPCVD system - DiaMiner series of diamond cultivation equipment was launched.
  • Official opening of 15,000 sqm manufacturing centre
    In 2022, the production centre was expanded to 15,000 square metres, which is scientifically equipped and planned with functional areas for welding, equipping, debugging and aging, and intelligently transforms key technical assemblies of the production line to achieve automated testing of the basic modules and data collection and analysis, making the manufacturing process transparent.
