Although, customers can still ask Hueray Microwave for sending specialists to their designated locations to install and configurate the products so that they can match perfectly with other equipment in that location.

Hueray Microwave understands one-year limited free-repair service may not meet all customers’ expectation. Hueray Microwave offers multiple upgraded after-sale service of different time limits and maintenance choice for customers to choose. ①

Training

Hueray Microwave may dispatch specialists to locations designated by customers for staff training, including:

2. Troubleshooting guidance

Hueray Microwave shall organize special training events on a quarterly basis and accept employee of customers to attend. Hueray Microwave grants certification to anyone attends training program and pass examinations. ②
